Initial Enquiry
You contact us via email, phone or the contact page with your address, room types and approximate timeline. We respond within two business days with availability and a brief questionnaire about lifestyle, budget range and any pieces you wish to keep.
This stage is free and carries no obligation. It helps us confirm whether styling — rather than renovation — is the right fit before scheduling a paid discovery visit.
Discovery Visit
A senior stylist visits your home for 60–90 minutes, photographing key angles and discussing priorities in person. We review light, storage pain points and architectural features that should lead or recede in the scheme.
Within one week you receive a written proposal: scope, fee in EUR, estimated product budget and proposed dates. Acceptance requires a signed agreement and deposit per our pricing terms.
Scheme Development
We prepare layout options, colour boards and a prioritised shopping list aligned to dusty rose, charcoal and linen tones. You review remotely or at our Lyon office; one round of revisions is included in every package.
Items marked as client-purchase are ordered directly by you unless you add our procurement service at €180 plus cost of goods. We never mark up supplier trade discounts on disclosed products.
Installation and Styling
On installation day we arrange delivery coordination where agreed, place furniture, dress beds, hang art at agreed heights and fine-tune lighting scenes. The room is photographed for your records and our portfolio with consent.
A closing summary lists care instructions, remaining optional purchases and suggested seasonal updates. Final balance is invoiced on completion; payment terms are 15 days net unless otherwise stated.
